Full Serve Dinner Buffet - You
can select from our Carving Station Buffet or
our Traditional Buffet.
Our Carving Station Buffet offers various theme
specialty buffet stations situated throughout
the event venue. Some station bar examples:
A pasta station with up to four pasta selections
and various condiments; A carving station
having a carving chef attendant with up to three
meat or seafood selections and specialty sauces
for accompaniment; a cookie table station
with up to three gourmet cookie selections; an
espresso bar station, etc. (ratio of servers
to guests is 1 - 15)
Our Traditional Buffet offers a full meal selection
presented elegantly on a buffet table(s) in a
single designated area of the event venue.
(ratio of servers to guests is 1 - 20)
Full Serve Family Style Dinner Service
- Guests are seated at elegantly appointed tables
set with full place settings. Individual Platters
are presented to each table with the meal selection
chosen and served to each table so that your guests
serve themselves family style without having to
get up and serve themselves through a buffet line.
Platters are replenished as required and served
to each table as needed. (ratio of servers to
guests is 1 - 10)
Full Serve Sit Down Dinner Service
- Guests are seated at elegantly appointed tables
set with full place settings. Each guest is served
their own elegantly presented plated meal (ratio
of servers to guests is 16 - 100)
Full Serve Appetizer Tasting Menu Service
- Guests are seated at elegantly appointed tables
set with full place settings. A full service dinner
where each guest is served a variety of elegantly
presented appetizer portion tastings. This allows
each guest to sample different cuisine and still
feel as though they have had a full meal. (ratio
of servers to guests is 16 - 100)
